Arthur Milikh is the executive director of the Claremont Institute’s new Washington, D.C. center, which launched in the Fall of 2020. Previously, Milikh was the Associate Director of the Center for American Studies and AWC Family Foundation Fellow at the Heritage Foundation. There, his work focused on the tradition of American political thought, and the freedom of speech. Prior to his time at the Heritage Foundation, Milikh worked at the House Committee on Armed Serivces and at the Hudson Institute. Arthur’s writing has appeared in the Claremont Review of Books, National Affairs, City Journal, Real Clear Politics, American Greatness, and the Daily Signal. His pioneering scholarship on defunding the universities and the criminalization of “hate speech” will serve as guideposts for the new Washington center.
